ProPartners was established in 2001, became the first DPC practice in the Kansas City area in 2013 and remains the largest and only multi-site DPC practice in the area.

We are currently seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physicians to staff a new office location in midtown Kansas City and also our home office in Overland Park, Kansas.

• Competitive base salary
• Significant productivity bonus potential based on patient panel size and revenue

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school
• BC/BE in family medicine
• Licensed or able to become licensed in Missouri and Kansas
• At least 2 years of experience in family practice (outstanding final year family medicine residents will be considered)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Value spending time developing relationship with and educating patients
• Place high priority on patient experience, customer service and timely access to physician care
