Q: Are your primary care physicians accepting new patients?
A: Yes. Our Overland Park direct primary care doctors are currently accepting new patients for individual and family memberships. Scheduling a meet-and-greet is a great way to get acquainted with the healthcare professional you’re considering to see if it’s a good fit.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: ProPartners does not bill insurance for primary care services. However, we strongly advise keeping your insurance for major emergencies and healthcare events that are beyond the scope of direct primary care. Many of our members pair DPC membership with a high-deductible insurance plan.
Q: Can I use HSA funds to pay for my ProPartners membership?
A: Yes. As of January 2026, the new federal rules allow you to pay for your direct primary care membership using HSA funds. The monthly cap is $150 for individuals and $300 for families.
Q: Is this family medicine?
A: Yes. ProPartners delivers comprehensive family medicine services for adults and families through a direct primary care model. We treat patients of all ages, with or without pre-existing health conditions.
